Retreat Cancellation Policy
1. Enforced Closure of Retreat
In the event that the Retreat or venue is forced to close due to circumstances outside of the control of The Sleep Care Company, please note the following:
- Payments are non-refundable. Your Retreat payment may be transferred to another retreat listed on our website, or a future retreat of your choice, subject to availability. This transfer option is valid up to a period of 2 years from date of original booking.
2. Client Cancellations:
- Retreat payments are non-refundable.
- Cancellations within 21 days of the retreat start date will result in the Retreat payment being forfeit.
- Cancellations up to 21 days of the retreat start date: your Retreat payment may be transferred to another retreat listed on our website, or a future retreat of your choice, subject to availability. This transfer option is valid up to a period of 2 years from date of original booking. Only one transfer permitted.
- In the event of a ‘no show’ for any booking, or if you have to leave the Retreat early for any reason, the retreat payment is non-refundable.
